ASIS International is the largest organization for security professionals, with over 37,000 members worldwide. Founded in 1955, ASIS is dedicated to increasing the effectiveness and productivity of security professionals by developing educational programs and materials that address broad security interest, such as the ASIS Annual Seminar and Exhibits, as well as specific security topics. ASIS also advocates the role and value of the security management professions to business, the media, governmental entities and the public. By providing members and security community with access to a full range of programs and services. ASIS also publishes the industry leading  magazine "Security Management".

Joining ASIS International also allows members in Central Florida to participate on the local level by joining our
ASIS Orlando Chapter #63. Established July 22, 1969 we have a long history of security professionals who have made a great impact locally and nationally on our industry. By participating you get the benefit of joining security and law enforcement professionals in our chapter, with the opportunity to network and keep abreast of the latest Intel effecting our industries and learning from leading professional speakers at our monthly meeting. Joining also allows you to get involved from the ground up in ASIS International and working with some of the best people in your community.
Our monthly membership meetings are the last Thursday of the month at Maggianos Restaurant at Pointe Orlando, 9101 International Dr. other than special events and we are closed for November and December.
